how do chemical phosphorus removal works

(1) The selection of appropriate phosphorus removal chemical agents, dosage and agent addition points should be based on the process requirements. One-point or multi-point addition method can be adopted.

(2) The storage and use of chemical agents shall comply with the relevant national regulations in force.

(3) After the chemical agent is added, it should be ensured to be fully mixed with the sewage and a certain reaction time should be maintained.

(4) The pH value and alkalinity of the mixed liquid in the biological reactor should be tested once per shift and adjusted in a timely manner.

(5) The dry feeding silo and its associated feeding equipment should be inspected once per shift to ensure that the reagents are not compacted in the silo.

(6) The tightness of the wet feeding tank and its associated feeding equipment should be checked once per shift.

(7) The reagent addition pipeline should be kept unobstructed.

(8) The liquid level gauge of the reagent storage tank should be checked once every 2 hours.

(9) For liquid medicine systems that use water for dilution, the water supply pressure and flow rate should be checked regularly.
