2) Fine sand circulation and sand processing: Continuous fine sand production, crystal nucleus enhancement, solid body density, dredging speed up to 20-40m/h, removal rate up to 80%-95%.
3, Operational management
1) Periodic sludge removal: Prevent sludge accumulation and sludge efficiency.
2) Holding temperature determination: Temperature reduction and flow control, constant temperature for the required time.
3) Complete control: Periodic monitoring, flow rate information, mixing ratio, and time adjustment.
The above-mentioned measures can be implemented to achieve floating object removal rate of 80%-95%, anti-dropping capacity of more than 30%, and annual drop rate of 10%-30%.
