How to rising the efficiency of the sedimentation tank?

It is possible to improve the efficiency of physics, chemistry, and operation management in three areas:

1. Improving physical structure

1) Increased slanted plate/slanted pipe: Larger slant surface, shorter slant diameter, improved solid-liquid separation efficiency.

2) Improved water flow equipment: Perforated holes for sills, subhole rectification, and other technologies for evenly distributed water flow, short flow relief, and uniform flow selection.

2. Chemical aids

‌1) Periodic sludge removal‌: Prevent sludge accumulation and sludge efficiency.

2) Holding temperature determination: Temperature reduction and flow control, constant temperature for the required time.

‌3) Complete control‌: Periodic monitoring, flow rate information, mixing ratio, and time adjustment. ‌

The above-mentioned measures can be implemented to achieve floating object removal rate of 80%-95%, anti-dropping capacity of more than 30%, and annual drop rate of 10%-30%.
