{"id":1829,"date":"2025-04-07T17:03:41","date_gmt":"2025-04-07T09:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.luckywwtp.com\/?p=1829"},"modified":"2025-04-07T17:07:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T09:07:23","slug":"1829-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.luckywwtp.com\/es\/1829-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Dise\u00f1o del proceso de tratamiento de aguas residuales de perforaciones petrol\u00edferas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1.1 Descripci\u00f3n general del proyecto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generaci\u00f3n de aguas residuales de perforaci\u00f3n 610.000 toneladas\/a\u00f1o, aproximadamente 8 toneladas\/hora, que contienen diversas sales, productos qu\u00edmicos y residuos de petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 An\u00e1lisis de la calidad del agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los principales contaminantes caracter\u00edsticos de las aguas residuales de perforaci\u00f3n suministradas por el propietario son: aceite, TDS, cloruros, etc. Debido a la concentraci\u00f3n de cloruros y TDS de hasta 200000mg\/L y 267588mg\/L, el tratamiento bioqu\u00edmico ya no es aplicable. Por lo tanto, las aguas residuales deben tratarse mediante m\u00e9todos f\u00edsicos y qu\u00edmicos. En el caso de contaminantes caracter\u00edsticos como el aceite y el carbono org\u00e1nico total, deben utilizarse m\u00e9todos de tratamiento f\u00edsico y qu\u00edmico espec\u00edficos para el pretratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3Selecci\u00f3n del proceso de tratamiento<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis anterior, los contaminantes son TDS. El contenido salino del cloro y el cloruro es muy elevado. Por lo tanto, el proceso de evaporaci\u00f3n es la forma m\u00e1s viable. Teniendo en cuenta que el emplazamiento del proyecto puede no disponer de instalaciones de apoyo de vapor o gas natural, la evaporaci\u00f3n se considera MVR. Presenta ciertas ventajas en t\u00e9rminos de costes de funcionamiento, estabilidad operativa y facilidad de funcionamiento y mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de las sustancias petrol\u00edferas, para su tratamiento se utilizan procesos convencionales de separaci\u00f3n y flotaci\u00f3n.
